Returns & Refunds

Return Window

I offer a 10-day return window, which means you have 10 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

Please read item descriptions carefully and review all photos before purchasing. Be sure to note size and weight, as some items are not eligible for return (for example, earrings for hygiene reasons).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase may be required if you are not the original purchaser

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact me at soulful.creations.designs@gmail.com.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if you experience either of the following:

Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item, I will work with you promptly to correct the issue.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, a claim must be submitted to the shipping carrier.
Please retain all original packaging, as it is required for the claim process. I’m happy to assist you with filing the claim, but refunds are not issued for shipping damage.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
