Shipping policy

  • Order Processing Times:  Items are shipped within 48 hours of order placement or sooner if possible. 
  • Shipping Times: 1-3 Business Days Priority Flat Rate Shipping USPS.  Tracking information will be provided as soon as item is shipped and tracking is available.
  • Shipping Costs: 
    • $4.00 Orders under $25 
    • $8.00 Orders $26-$99
    • Free Orders $100 and over
  • Special Circumstances:
    • Expedited Shipping: Please contact me BEFORE purchase.  I will obtain a shipping quote and you will be responsible for all shipping costs no matter the size of the order.
    • Repairs/Returns:  Please email me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.  I will fix any fixable problem but if you would prefer to send something back for a refund instead of a repair you must do that within 20 days of receipt.  I will instruct you on return shipping.  Once I receive the order I will issue a refund to your account.
    • Lost/Stolen Items: 
      • Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. 
      • I add shipping insurance to anything priced at $150 or higher.  If you would like to add shipping insurance to an item less than $150 please send me a message.
      • I do not offer refunds or discounts for items not received/lost in the mail if your item was not covered by shipping insurance.  If the item was insured, I will open a claim with the shipping provider which only covers the costs of the item.  Once I receive the insurance money I will refund your purchase price.
    • Not Eligible for Return: Custom or personalized orders. Earrings due to hygienic reasons.  Sale items.
